Verso Spaces was founded by a designer trained in Singapore and London who returned to Malaysia specifically to practise here. Most studios require a full design commitment before they will engage. Our entry-level consultation is a complete, useful service on its own — giving clients a written analysis and direction document for MYR 470, with no obligation to continue.
A vetted contractor network built over a decade
We do not bring unknown contractors into client projects. Every tradesperson in our network has been assessed on-site and is known for the quality of their specific craft — be it joinery, plastering, or electrical installation.
Project files stay with the client
When a project closes, all design files — floor plans, specifications, supplier references — are delivered to the client. You own the documentation and can use it for future renovations without coming back to us.
Climate-appropriate material guidance
