Three ways a space
can come together

Each service is designed to be genuinely useful on its own — or as part of a fuller engagement. Choose the level of involvement that fits your situation.

Our Methodology

How we approach every project

01

Listen

We begin with observation — the space itself, how it functions, and what the client's daily life actually looks like in it.

02

Document

Every brief, idea, and constraint is written down. Nothing advances on assumed understanding.

03

Design

Spatial planning, material selection, and visual articulation — with 3D renders to make decisions visible before commitment.

04

Deliver

Contractor-ready documentation handed over, with optional on-site coordination to see the design through to completion.

Service 01

Unfolding Consultation

MYR 470 · Completed within one week

An exploratory session that opens up the possibilities of your space. Includes a site visit, written spatial analysis, and a mood direction document. Suitable for any residential or small commercial property. A clean, structured beginning to your design process — whether or not you proceed to a fuller engagement.

01
Site Visit. Your lead designer visits the property, measures key areas, and photographs the existing conditions.
02
Spatial Analysis. A written document covering how the space currently functions, where the constraints and opportunities lie, and what design approach would serve it well.
03
Mood Direction Document. A visual and written reference that begins to establish the aesthetic direction — materials palette, lighting character, spatial mood.
  • For residential or small commercial property
  • Delivered within one week of site visit
  • Complete and useful on its own — no obligation to continue

Technical standards we hold to

Client Data Handling

Property information, floor plans, and personal data are held with full discretion and not shared outside the project team without explicit permission.

Specification Precision

All materials are specified with supplier codes, batch references, and installation notes — so procurement and installation happen without ambiguity.

Contractor Assessment

Only contractors observed and assessed by the Verso Spaces team are introduced to client projects. Craft quality is evaluated before any referral is made.

Where to Begin?

The Consultation is the quietest starting point

A structured first session — one week, MYR 470 — that gives your project a thoughtful foundation before any larger decisions are made.
