For the Dimensional Design Service, we prepare contractor-ready documentation that any licensed renovator can work from. If you engage our Assembly & Finishing service, we handle contractor coordination directly — sourcing, briefing, and monitoring the team throughout the project.

The Dimensional Design Service runs 6–9 weeks from briefing to final documentation. If you add the Assembly & Finishing layer, expect a combined timeline of 8–14 weeks depending on the scope of renovation and material availability in the local market.

Each service stands on its own. Many clients begin with the Unfolding Consultation to clarify their thinking before committing to a fuller package. Others come to us having already done their own design work and engage Assembly & Finishing for on-site support alone. We work with your situation as it is.

The published prices cover the design and coordination fees for each service. Material costs, contractor fees, and furniture purchases are separate and managed transparently — we document every expenditure throughout the process. There are no hidden markups on materials.
